The hotel's rooms and suites are found both in the historic Majestic Wing and the contemporary Tower Wing. The Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites and Grand Suites of the Tower Wing feature luxury modern furnishings with views of either the city skyline, the hotel gardens, or one of Kuala Lumpur's heritage sites. Housed in the older Majestic Wing, the wonderful restored Colonial Suites exude colonial charm in a classic art deco setting.

The hotel's amenities include a swimming pool, gym and spa, whilst touches of the past are preserved in the Reading Room, Cigar Room, Drawing Room and Truefitt & Hill barbers. The Smoke House embodies the decadence of the 1930s, while other facilities include a lounge, bar, card room, screening room, bespoke tailor and a private dining room with a private chef.

Dining at the hotel echoes the delicate balance of the nostalgic with the contemporary. The Orchid Conservatory showcases a hanging garden and 'orchidscape' within a glass atrium, and you can enjoy an intimate Afternoon Tea in truly unique surrounds. Meanwhile, the Tea Lounge offers the perfect alternative, with English Afternoon Tea served with a Malaysian twist. Contago is a favourite amongst guests with Western, Chinese, Japanese, Malay and Thai cuisine all made to order.
