318 rooms and suites, each with air-conditioning, telephone, television, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, bath and shower, and balcony. Superior Rooms are in the main hotel with West Lake views or panoramic views. Overwater Pavilionview Rooms and Overwater Panoramicview Rooms are located in the hotel's overwater pavilions.

Spacious Lotus Suites and Grand Westlake Suites include separate living rooms. The Presidential Suite has two bedrooms, separate living room and dining room.

Facilities at the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake

Restaurants include innovative Vietnamese cuisine, speciality Italian and all day dining in the French brasserie style Café du Lac. The Sunset Bar can be found on its own island across a torch-lit bridge, ideal for evening cocktails and beautiful views.
