On the northwestern tip of Langkawi Island, nestled amidst an ancient rainforest and a stretch of white sandy beach, 40 minutes from the airport.

The resort has 121 rooms, suites and villas, all with enchanting views of the lush tropical rainforest, some with the breathtaking vista of the Andaman Sea with Tarutao Island on the horizon.

The hotel’s spa offers a menu of massage and body treatments. Mountain bikes are also available for usage, at no charge. Guests have access to a fitness centre and two tennis courts at Els Club Teluk Datai, which is a 5-minute drive from the resort.

There are two swimming pools to choose from, the upper swimming pool boasting views across the hillside and for adults only whilst the pool nearer the beach is for families to splash about in.

Situated away from the hotel in a rainforest, The Gulai House is an open-air restaurant serving Malay and Indian dishes. The Dining Room serves western and local favourites, while The Pavilion offers Thai food in an outdoor setting.
