If you're looking for a more casual atmosphere, The Long Pool Cabana is the ideal spot for lunch and dinner. At the main eatery, The Restaurant, you can watch as western, Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian dishes are created in the four open kitchens. Alternatively, dine al fresco or in a private dining room.
