Amidst mountains swathed in mist and dotted with tea plantations, stands the quaint old mansion of Jetwing St Andrews. A former country house converted into a Jetwing Hotel, life at Jetwing St. Andrews is reminiscent of the days of the British Raj.

The Central Hills are 1884 metres above sea level and from Colombo it is a scenic five hour drive through winding roads and breathtaking landscape.

Guests can chose from 44 Superior Rooms, 7 Deluxe Rooms, 4 Suites and 1 Gem Suite, each of which resemble the glories of the 19th Century.

Facilities at the St Andrews Hotel

There two main dining options, the Old Course which is the main restaurant and the Road Hole Bar which is styled along the lines of a traditional British pub. Other facilities include a boutique and souvenir shop as well as a snooker room with a 117 year old antique table. Tour tea plantations, go horse riding or even hop over for a round of golf at the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club which is next door.
