Grand Udawalawe Safari Resort, Udawalawe National Park

Just 15 minutes from the park gate, the Grand Udawalawe Safari Resort is one of the bigger properties in Udawalawe so offers a wider range of facilities than some of its neighbours. It was only opened last year, so has a contemporary design and modern comforts and is ideally placed for visiting the nearby Elephant Transit Home.

Located within a 10-minute drive from the famous Udawalawe National Park and just 500 metres to Ath Athuru Sevana, an elephant orphanage.
