Kuredu Resort & Spa

This established, informal resort is one of the larger islands and it's particularly popular with divers for the surrounding marine life and the easy access to nearly 50 spectacular dive sites. With 3km of white beaches and 2 spas, it’s also the perfect spot for a bit of relaxation.

In the Lhaviyani Atoll approximately 40 minutes by seaplane from Malé airport.

As a larger island, there’s a real choice of accommodation, ranging from the traditional, simply furnished Garden Bungalows to the romantic Jacuzzi Beach Villas with four-poster bed and outdoor Jacuzzi bath, and the Sangu Water Villas sitting on stilts over the lagoon.

Facilities at the Kuredu Resort & Spa

Prodivers is the island’s excellent PADI dive centre and it also has a dedicated snorkelling centre, with guides offering trips around the colourful house reef and further afield. The watersports centre here is the largest in the Maldives, and the sheltered lagoon is the ideal spot to try windsurfing.

Other facilities include 3 pools (one exclusively for selected guests), 2 spas, a fitness centre, yoga studio, tennis, table tennis, badminton, 6-hole pitch and putt golf course with driving range, an entertainment centre, shops, the Sangu wine cellar and a kids' club.

There are four main buffet restaurants, and you’ll be allocated one of these for your meals depending on your room type and location. For à la carte dining, choose from The Far East, with a focus on Japanese delicacies, vegetarian dishes at The Beach, and Mediterranean cuisine at Franco’s with herbs and spices fresh from the island’s greenhouse. There is a choice of 7 bars.

The resort is on a Full Board basis with the option to upgrade to All Inclusive.
