Being an independent company, however, we're not tied to any suppliers and we won’t try to push the products of a parent company – we’ll offer you what we think is best for you, at the best possible price!

There’s more to a holiday than a flight, a hotel and some transport in between - these days that’s what many online travel companies will offer you. By working with our trade partners we’re providing ‘proper’ holidays, where there’s normally a local office and someone to answer any queries you may have, and someone waiting for you at the airport when you arrive. If things do go wrong - and occasionally they do, be it a flight delay or adverse weather - there’s someone locally who’s there to help, not just on the end of the phone back in the UK (although there’s always 24-hour UK-based support too!)

All holidays are financially protected, so if we cease trading you’re covered - but if your hotel closes down the day before you’re due to go you’re also covered, or if the Foreign Office tell you not to travel when you’re on the way to the airport we’re still looking after you!
