280 air-conditioned rooms including deluxe plus rooms which are situated on the top floor of the hotel and offer tea & coffee making facilities and paratial seaviews. All rooms have a terrace or balcony, TV, safe, telephone, internet access, mini bar and hairdryer.

Various restaurants and bars including Pebbles, the main buffet-style restaurant, La Casa à la carte Italian restaurant, Lagoona fish restaurant, Waves beach restaurant, the new marina snack bar, Marhaba Oriental cafe, a pub and for 24-hour light meals, the lobby lounge. Entertainment includes an animation team, sports bar and live music.

Sports facilities include 3 freshwater swimming pools (1 can be heated in winter) including 1 indoor pool (can be heated in winter) and a children’s pool. Private marina with water sports centre, including glass bottomed boats and canoes (all payable locally).The health club offers tennis courts, billiards, a gymnasium, Jacuzzi, massage, sauna, steam room and squash court (all payable locally; gym and table tennis free of charge). Diving centre (pay locally). Other facilities include a laundry service, valet service, bank and shops.

There is a babysitting service (pay locally) and daily activities for children (4-12 years).
