Khum Phaya, which means “King’s Palace” in the Northern Thailand dialect, is a sanctuary rich in design heritage,

based on the Lanna traditions of the northern area. This unique resort which blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings, delivers friendly traditional Lanna hospitality in Chiang Mai.

The 46 Lanna Deluxe rooms are located on the upper floor and can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and one child in spacious living areas of up to 44 square metres while the 26 Lanna Deluxe Pool Access rooms feature identical living space and are located on the ground floor with direct access to the resort’s lagoon-style swimming pool from the terrace.

There are also four 100-square-metre Lanna Villas which include a private outdoor pavilion complete with Jacuzzi and separate herbal steam room for spas and massages. The unrivalled 356-square-metre Royal Lanna Pool Villa offers three king bedrooms, a private outdoor pavilion for spas and massages, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a steam room, a private swimming pool and a lawn with two dining venues.

For leisure and relaxation, the resort offers a full range of amenities, including a fitness centre, a luxurious spa with a wide selection of treatments to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit, and a large lagoon-style free-form swimming pool together with a pool bar and sun loungers to laze the day away upon. A free scheduled shuttle service is available to take you to CentralFestival lifestyle and shopping centre and to the Night Bazaar.

Kham Saen Restaurant serves Thai and international dishes along with traditional Northern Thai menus. The restaurant can seat up to 90 people in total comfort, with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The Pool Bar is located directly by the pool for simply sipping your favourite cocktails during the day while Rim Tran Bar is available for private booking only serving a selection of light snacks and refreshments with perfect scenery of waterfall along with the sunset.
