Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket takes its design theme from the gracious old Sino-Portuguese shophouses that are such a distinctive feature of Phuket Town. Tucked into a green hillside at the secluded end of the bay, this is one of the few resorts at Karon Beach to be located on the oceanside of the beach road.

All 262 rooms, suites and villas are designed in Sino-Portuguese style and feature a furnished balcony or terrace with views across the beach to the ocean. Most of the guestrooms are suitable for at least two adults and two children, with the option of a king bed or, with family rooms, two double beds and a daybed. Half of all guestrooms have either an outdoor Jacuzzi or a private pool, making them an idyllic retreat for couples and honeymooners as well as being perfect for family use. All guests staying in rooms and suites have the option to upgrade to Club benefits. All villas feature their own private swimming pool, and provide the option of one or two bedrooms, with oversized living areas, high ceilings and a choice of king or double beds. The villas provide a grand retreat for couples, families and for groups of friends travelling together complete with the choice of Club benefit, which includes use of the private lounge with its three complimentary servings per day.

Restaurants serving the finest Asian and Italian cuisines, refreshing drinks and snacks always close to hand, a lively beach club, nightly entertainment with the Andaman Sea as a backdrop, or dining within the luxury of your room or villa. Simply choose. The Cove is open all day and serves international and Asian dishes on the beachfront with an indoor or outdoor setting. Classical Italian cuisine is available at Mare, with a selection of fine wine. COAST Beach Club & Bistro is perfect for dining along with stunning views over Karon Bay and serves fresh seafood and Mediterranean cuisine while Luna is a rooftop lounge bar with sunset views and nightly entertainment. Two poolside bars serve light snacks and refreshments, and the Lobby Lounge is the venue for coffee, tea, and Cocktails.

Absolute relaxation in an intimate hideaway contains private suites, for singles and couples, and a selection of spa treatments which will summon up serenity from the minute you step through the door and pass into a totally captivating world of scents, nurturing and sensual delight.

The water park includes four swimming pools with a children’s pool, Jacuzzi, waterslides, waterfalls, and a lazy river. Enjoy the perfect Phuket holiday with the resort’s extensive choice of water sport activities that include kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and snorkelling; while diving lessons can also be arranged.
