of hotels featured on most tours are good, but may not be as
high as those on the coast or elsewhere. However, most are in
great locations for taking in the main sights the Island has
to offer. |

tours can be taken in their own right, or extended with a stay
on one of Sri Lanka's beaches, or with a few nights in Colombo
before returning to the UK. Alternatively, most can also be
combine with the Maldives for a really exotic holiday. |
| GETTING
THERE |
Scheduled
flights operate from the UK to Colombo, Sri Lanka's main airport.
The holidays here are based on scheduled flights from Heathrow,
flying direct with Sri Lankan Airlines, although other departure
points are also available including Manchester, Birmingham and
Glasgow - just ask. |
