WELCOME |
Travel
in Cuba can be as adventurous or laid-back as you want it
to be, and we can put together pretty much any itinerary you
wish - the holidays shown on this site are the most popular
ones, but most things are possible. Cuba makes an excellent
destination for a multi centre holiday. |
|
WHAT
TO DO |
It's
good to bear in mind a few points when planning a more adventurous
trip. Flight options from the UK may limit the areas of the
country that you may realistically be able to visit, or the
order in which things may be practical. Travel in Cuba can often
be slow, so don't try to cram in an unnecessary amount of locations
- include enough time to enjoy things! The further you get 'off
the beaten track', the more adventurous things may become. If
you are planning to visit the back waters, a reasonable command
of Spanish and a good travel guidebook are important. |
WHERE
TO STAY |
Cuba
has a good range of accommodation, although standards can often
be changeable, especially away from the main tourist areas.
More details of hotels available can be found in our tailormade
hotels section. |
HOLIDAY
IDEAS |
Where
to begin! Our holidays to Cuba are very flexible, so most things
are possible. Have a look at the details found in the other
sections of this site for some ideas, or just call us to discuss
options. |
GETTING
THERE |
Most
flexible holidays start with a flight to Havana, with regular
departures from Gatwick, or other parts of the UK via Paris
or Madrid. Alternatively, fly from Gatwick to Holguin to start
your journey in Eastern Cuba. |
